Writeric is designed to help you find someone fast who can handle your content production needs. If you find yourself with questions or need to review some questions before ordering, though, you can reach out to a member of our team.

Do I have to use a credit card?
Yes, all purchases must be made with a valid credit card in USD. We are unable to accept PayPal at this time.
Who are the writers?
Writeric’s wordsmiths are the very best around. We have more than a decade of experience connecting the best writers with our clients and work carefully to screen and test each writer before they come on board. You can contact us here if you’d like to see samples or discuss the vetting process before selecting a writer for your project. We also offer select sample orders for new clients.
What if I can’t find what I need?
Our team has decades of combined experience across a range of marketing disciplines. If you don’t see the content or marketing resources needed in a project listed here, contact us and let us know. We can setup a custom project for you or we can connect you with someone able to complete your project.
Can you meet a super tight deadline?
Each project type has a standard turnaround time listed on the project order page. If you need the content completed faster than this, there are several options. Contact us and let us know your deadline and we’ll work to connect you with a writer who is able to meet it. If no one is immediately available, we also offer rush ordering with a small surcharge.
Is this is a monthly plan?
We offer both options. If you only need a single piece of content right now, you can make a single one-time order. If you know you’ll need new blog posts or social media posts every month, you can setup a subscription and know you have a writer locked in each month to produce your content.
Why are some monthly and others one time?
For larger projects, writer availability may not be consistent from month to month and we want to be sure we’re able to meet your needs. If you see a large one-time project that doesn’t offer monthly rates, contact us here to discuss your needs and we’ll do our best to work with you.
How do I become a writer?
If you are a content writer and would like to join the Writeric team, complete the form on this page. A member of our recruiting team will be in touch with initial screening questions and a writing test.
Talking to Writers
I can’t seem to connect with the writer?
If you are having difficulty connecting with the wordsmith assigned to your project, contact us here to check on the project status. We will reach out directly and ensure everything is on track and that your communications are prioritized.
I have more information to provide – how?
If you have additional information that there wasn’t a space for in the intake form, you can reach out directly to your writer through the order system, or submit a ticket to us here with the additional specifications. We have a team member monitoring all submissions every day of the week to ensure nothing gets missed.
We’re here for you! There is a chat box available on every page – open it up and someone on the team will help you with your problem. If you are unable to connect with someone via chat or if it is during off hours, you can reach out to us here with your problem and a member of the support team will be in touch as soon as possible.
How do I know this is getting done?
We guarantee every project submitted is being completed!
If you have concerns, however, or need to see progress on a project, especially a larger one that has been in development for some time, reach out to your writer right away, or contact us directly here. You can get a progress update and ensure everything is moving ahead smoothly.
It’s been a long time…
Some projects take a little longer than others. If you feel your project is taking too long to get back, or if the estimated completion time has passed and you haven’t received an update, reach out to your writer and ask for an update. You can do this directly through the order summary page.
You can also contact us directly here if you have questions. Remember, if you have a deadline in mind, please include it with your order so our writers know to prioritize your project.
How do I Cancel the Subscription?
If you no longer need your Writeric subscription, you can cancel it from your orders page or you can contact us directly to cancel it for you. If you need a cancellation after the start of the next billing cycle, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet commenced on your content, we may be able to refund the fee for uncompleted content.
What if I’m not happy with what was produced?

If you’re not happy with your project, reach out to your writer first and ask for revisions and edits. If their adjustments aren’t able to address your concerns, or if you are still not happy with the result, contact us here.
